Basement shoot first, then body in studio.

When i shoot the basement i tryed to hang in the wires to see how much they would bend, they didnt even move a little...so i decided to not bend them in photoshop...

looking back at the image it prob would be better if i did bend them but i hate going back to old images and re-do :p

how many light sources are there supposed to be?

the window from behind is the strongest one...there is also a light source coming from my back (as a photographer) this light source is just strong enough to light up the back of the hanging man, but not strong enought to wipe out the shadows in the ceiling.

That's a cool concept, and going back to improve it wouldn't make it that much better-you got your idea across and the picture reads fine at first glance, it's only noticable when you look at it closer.

I love the concep!
But my crit: the lighting on/of the body is wrong, if you look at the surrounding. That's why it's doesn't really look real.
Great work, though! Definetly.

however the guy is casting quite a distinct shadow from his arm (on his leg) and from his head (on his arm). also the shadows are cast towards the main light source.

do you think that would be possible with such diffused lighting as is in the room?

^^ welllllll then lets pretend it wasnt a diffusing light, it was a harsh light that made the shadows on the haning man ;)

hehe ,but seriously you are prob right about the light :)

I don't get this...maybe I'm missing something....if you could hang on the wires why didn't you simply put your model up there and photograph him??
